Τhe first Stem Looping of the Eco Stem Girls project  was held in Cartagena (Spain). 10 women scientists from the Region of Murcia, who are part of the network of women ECO-STEM of the Region, interacted with 100 students of 10 years (5th grade primary) to learn about the role of women in science.

This initiative aims at awakening the interest of girls and young people in what is known as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) career, giving them the opportunity to meet in person women who can be a reference to them.

Lupe León and Carmen Fernández from CETEC, as part of the network of women scientists, were invited to the event and presented upPE-T project as an example of R&D for a Circular Economy.
